In the interests of the cryogenic equipment consumers, LGM JSC has developed a line of electric pumps with built-in electric motor.
Submerged pumps manufactured by LGM JSC have a universal design that allows to pump almost any cryogenic liquids such as hydrogen, neon, nitrogen, argon, LNG, as well as non-cryogenic liquefied gases such as ethane, propane, butane, ethylene, propylene etc.
In our pumps, there is no need to seal the shaft, the pumps are completely unloaded from the axial force, the pump rotor is dynamically balanced, the ceramic bearings are lubricated and cooled by the pumped liquid. These design features can significantly increase the life of pumps without regular maintenance. Pumps are manufactured in accordance with the normative documentation of the Russian Federation and international standards, including IP610.
Pumps of this type are used:
-for LNG unloading in systems of low, medium and large tonnage LNG production,
-for LNG unloading from gas tankers,
-for LNG unloading from tanks of LNG regasification systems,
-for fueling vehicles,
-for fueling and fuel supply systems of turbine locomotives,
-for bunkering of sea and river vessels and in fuel supply systems,
Along with the production of submerged pumps, LGM JSC carries out the design and complex supply of cryogenic equipment for LNG liquefaction, transportation, storage and shipping lines.
The developed range of electric pumps has the following parameters:
Feed up to 2300 m3/h;

NPSH from 1,5 m;
Electric motor power up to 1500 kW.
Currently, cryogenic electric pumps have been designed and developed in three different designs: Pumps for installation in a column of the LNG storage tank, with the possibility of raising the pump from the column by means of a lifting mechanism and a bottom valve.
Pumps with a fixation inside the LNG storage tank, without the possibility of lifting this pump from a tank filled with liquefied natural gas.
Pumps designed for cargo operations for a gas-carrying ship. The pump is immersed in the pumped liquid inside the tank directly into the cryogenic medium at a temperature of -162 °C and provides the LNG shipments from the tank of the gas carrier.
Cryogenic systems and pumps produced by LGM JSC can be supplied in various designs in accordance with the requirements of the buyer. LGM JSC has all the necessary technologies, which enable carrying out of such a complex technique.
In relation to their technical parameters, LGM JSC pumps are comparable with imported analogs, and also have similar overall dimensions, which makes it possible to use the equipment as an alternative for existing plants.
